How to Create Mobile Account later

Hi all, When we set up a Mac (10.4.8) and say "No" to create mobile account, how do we later change it to a mobile account? Also we have some mobile accounts but we can't configure the mobile account! We're using Mac OS 10.4.8 with Windows 2003 Server Active Directory. Thanks. - Paul Forbes
