Help! Hdiutil: mount failed Continues.

I'm starting from scratch, building a completely new image. Running Intel Macs, using Leopard 10.5. Just as a simple refresher, I've obtained a fresh copy of instaDMG. Other than dropping in the OSX DMG and OSX Updates I havent touched anything. I found running either the instadmg.bash or the revision.bash from the InstaDMG_Resources directory floods my terminal with various log errors. Though the instadmg.bash within the instadmg_resources/instadmg folder seems to get further. However both instadmg.bash result in this hdiutil: create fail, and mount fail. Instadmg1.43 works fine. I've looked up other hdiutil problems and have yet to find a solution.
