Guide to authenticate AD home folder OD????

Hi, Can anyone point me in the direction of a guide or apple technote to show the following process:- Authenticate a group of macs via AD and have their home folders stored on the mac server. It would also be nice to set managed preferences for the machines too. Cheers Harv.
