Getting Filemaker Server 5.5 to start on startup.

I read the article with interest as this is exactly what I need but So far I have only been able to make this work when using the root account - I don't really want to set an auto login to the root account on our main filemaker server. Any tips or ideas about how to make Filemaker start on startup - using a normal admin account would be greatly appreciated. Stephen
