Folder Sharing VS. DiskImage Sharing

Currently we running about over 100 Mac + over 30 Windows + Windows 2003 Server. We will getting our new Apple Server soon. My Question.... 1ï Which way is the best.. either shared a folder or a disk image? If say 1 shared point for 1 project. I know, by using diskimage... i can set quota for each project and apple client will see it's available balance. 2 ï By using folder sharing ( easier way ) , I cannot set any quota for each jobs / projects. Of course I can set quota for users but I'm not going to it. 3 ï Is it possible to share Mounted Disk Image for Windows User?? 4 ï Can Apple Server serve over 100 Macs + 40 PCs at one time?? What are extra precaution that I have to consider? If anybody have experience on running apple server with this capacity? Any help.. Thanx in advance
