Feature Request : Allow multiple packages inside folders

Before 294 or maybe even earlier, one could use multiple mpkg or pkg files within a single folder. That's how I like to organize my package "sets" to say rather than use catalog files, just easier for me because the way I organize my packages currently using DeployStudio. Can this be put back into the code to allow for such?
