“exotic” characters doesn’t work anymore in createUser-package.

Hi. I think since Leopard i can not use åäö when creating a user (longname). I i do i dont get any name in the account and other things wont work either. I tried to figure out how to solve this but im out of ideas? Anyone solved this yet? thx
