Error verifying package contents: Range or index out of bounds

Hi All, I am getting the following error when installing a large pkg: Error verifying package contents: *** -[NSCFString substringFromIndex:]: Range or index out of bounds The package installs fine directly on a built machine or over ARD but I can't build it in to my InstDMG build :-( Any ideas where to start troubleshooting this???
