Error of type eDSNoStdMappingAvailable (-14140)

I get the above error when trying to do anything to an Active Directory user from within Workgroup Manager in either Panther or Tiger server. I'm authenticating as a valid AD admin. Anyone know what the error means and/or how to fix it?
