Dual Boot Time

I am having an issue where when I'm booted into the Leopard partition the time is set correctly. AD logins work. When I restart into the the windows partition of BootCamp and then back again. The time is off. This causes a huge delay in logins since students cannot login until the Mac syncs its time again with time.apple.com Is there a fix so that the time can be consistent across OS's? Or should I run something a script or have my TIger Server use MCX to update the time at the login screen.
