Displaying networkuser logintime like a timer on the desktop

Hello, I wonder if somebody knows a script that could be executed in Geektool to show a network user's logintime on the desktop. It should just show the running time and end with a warning that for example 60 minutes have passed. Another option would be to countdown. Anybody?
