Disaster recovery and OpenDir

okay - if I have the steps correct - if my opendirectory master is "failing" or even if it is ticking me off... I turn it off, go to the replica that I like best - go into server admin, select the opendirectory bit change its status from replica to open dir master (it just knows not to destroy the existing db?) all of the replicas get re-pointed to the new master take old box off network - reformat - obliterate etc... if i bring old boxen back up and keep its old name will i be in for suprises as clients may still be looking for it? Rich
