Deleted Macintosh Manager dir

Howdy, Well when I first set up my 10.3 server, I had no os9 or earlier clients. So, stopped sharing the Macintosh Manager folder, and deleted it. Now there is a need for a few OS9 clients, and I'm not sure how to proceed. I've recreated and re-shared the dir, but not sure the owner/group, and permissions on it. Also fairly certain that I need a database to start with, and I don't have one. What to do? ST
