cyradm fails due to bogus path for Shell.pm

I am trying to run cyradm (10.3.3) and there seems to be a bogus path to Shell.pm. That file is in the perl path but cyradm seems ot look for it in Cyrus/IMAP with does not exist. Can someone help? TIA.
