Copying from OS X to XP

Hi all, We are trying to copy some very deep folder structures containing thousands of files and folders and sub-folders, there may be 20 0r perhaps 30 sub-folders deep. We need to copy these from our OS X file server to a standard XP desktop machine however the procedure fails as Windows complains that the folder structure path names are to long 8O We have to get them onto XP as we are then using a Windows only tool to migrate them to our ECMS. Any ideas how we can copy them? Thanks
