Continual Replication

Not looking for a solution, unless of course you have one. Affirmation that I'm not alone would be great.

Replication won't stop, just replicates over and over, 24 hours a day. Demoting replicas, then re-establishing will fix it sometimes, but it always comes back. At 10.4.3 now, but had this problem since 10.3.5. Got a nudge from AES that it'll be addressed in an upcoming update - 'spose that means it's a "known problem"?
