com.apple.clusterd.plist missing in action

I notice in my syslog that every few 30 seconds or so i get this: Jul 29 09:40:09 xs servermgrd: servermgrd: readFile File /Library/Preferences/com.apple.clusterd.plist not found I searched thru my Server installer CD and cannot find this file in any of the packages nor are there many references on the net so I am puzzled as how to fix this.
