Changing Licence Information?

Hi, during the installation process, I added a name with a German special character in the "Registered to" field. When I open now the Server Admin (-> Server -> Settings), it's replaced with some cryptical symbols. I tried to edit the name but everytime I hit save, it flips back to the default name. Is there any way to adjust this disfigurement? Thanks for your help
