Case Sensitive – not for boot drive/partition…

Hi there, Apple just posted an TIL that states the Pather server should not be installed on a case sensitive partition. http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=107863 I have heard of at least 3 people that did not get warnings when it was installed as the article says occurs when you try to install OS X S 10.3 on a case sensitive drive. (one iMac, a G5 and a G4) Any word on what happens when it IS installed on a drive that is case sensitive? This warning that Apple mentions does not stop someone from "installing" the system by cloning the drive.... Any other info on this problem...?
