Cache redirection issue with logouts

I am experiencing trouble with redirection of network users' cache files to the local hard drive, since at some point users' logout seem to stall before the login windows reappears on the screen enabling the next user to login. I have an otherwise well functioning LoginHook deployed with instructions to create a local Caches folder at /Library/Caches/$1/Caches linking this folder into the network home directory ~/Library/Caches . Apart from that I copy some files around the system to maintain some simple compatibilities, plus I have tried force emptying /.Trashes and /tmp which helped for some time, but after some time the problem with the LoginWindow.app appears ... Has any one noted similar behaviour? Best regards, Søren
