Bootable clone of Tiger Server

Hi everyone, I've just inherited a G5 Xserver in a remote location. I'd like to send someone there connect a firewire disk to the server and then clone the boot drive. Will Superduper work? Can I clone the boot disk while the server is running? Thanks! Federico
