Better way to set up firewall?

Is there a better (faster) way to set up hte firewall in OS X Server? Is htere a file that I can edit by hand to add allow's and then block all hte other ports? Does anyone happen to have a good file that blocks everything but the web/email/ftp/dns/applesoftware/etc ports? Thanks!
