Best Training Course?

My company is interested in sending me to a MacOS X training course, which is great. I could use a bit more formalized knowledge, but choosing which course to take is a bit of a problem. I know Apple offers the MacOS X Advanced System Administration course at several nearby locations, but I can't seem to find out who's teaching each class or any reviews on the class itself. Is it worth taking? Are there any 3rd party classes that cover advanced OS X system administration? Are there other classes you think are beneficial. (I'm thinking perhaps something on using D-Trace would be good.) Thanks for any input you've got on advanced OS X Training.
