Archiving mail on server

Hi there, We have a mail system on our panther server which will be the standard Postfix/Cyrus set up, with getmail running to get the mail from the ISPs POP server. I would like all the mail (both incomming and outgoing) to be permanently stored on the server for backup purposes. Is that possible? And if so, how? Thanks
