anybody know where a walk through to set up xsan because it isn’t easy

I need a walk through to set up xsan with 2 xserve raids and i have 2 xserves connected to a fibre switch. I've tried and it seems impossible. any help would be appreciative. I've tried going by apples documentation and it's for the garbage can.
