Address not found on www

Hi All, This is my first leopard server that I'm setting up as a test. I have followed the 10.5 guide on lynda.com and have got DNS set up, OD, and a few other services that are working well. I have tried setting up the web service. I have set up a site with the domain as 'www.domain.com' IP address as any and port = 80. I have three webserver aliases setup as domain.com, fullfqdn.domain.com and *.domain.com. When in the browser I can only reach the site by typing fqdn.domain.com, www.domain.com reaches an Address not found. Are there any amendments needed to the DNS to make this resolve? Apologese for the noob question.
