Adding User Accounts…

Hi All Just wondering where in the scheme of things (ie where in the catalogue) do I put the user account additon? not OS Updates right? not Apple Updates right? um Third Party Software don't seem right? Software Setting perhaps or does it not really matter? I'm also not sure where in the work flow would be best? Does it make any difference? Regards Tristan
