Adding non-RAID drive to Xserve with RAID card

My current set up is an Xserve G5 with two 80GB drives connected to a RAID card as a RAID 1. No drive is currently in the third drive bay. What I would like to do is add a third drive module that isn't a part of this RAID. So, basically, as a stand-alone drive. Is this possible?
