Addicted to Vaporsec – Help

I succeeded in connecting vaporsec on a G4 powerbook (10.3.2) to connect to a remote LAN behind a Netscreen 5xp (4.0.3r2.0) - thanks vaporsec !! It works great. Unfortunately, when I quit vaporsec, I loose all connectivity to the local LAN. Re-launching vaporsec restores the local LAN connectivity. Only a reboot seems to restore order. I connect to the Local LAN via Airport; this issue occurs with the 10.2 and 10.3 (no logo) versions of vaporsec. Anyone else seen this?? Suggestions?
