AD User —– Home Folder on Mac Server

WE want AD Users to have a home folder on the Mac SErver when they login on a mac and a home folder on the PC server when logging in on that. WE have AD set up correctly… How do we get the AD Users Mac Home folder to work, currently it is not…. Server is 10.6.2 OD Settup and connected to AD for user authentication. OD Users can login and home folder OK. AD Users can login HOme folder not OK. What are we missing here ?? Does anyone know ?
