AD user history on client after unbind

Without boring you with too many details I am hoping someone knows how to view delete any record of a NON mobile AD account on 10.5 after an unbind. I am finding that if I change some AD settings, most importantly mobile account, and rebind then log in with a user I previously logged onto the machine with it is not requesting to make a mobile account. I have looked all over the internets and can't find the answer. I tried dsconfigad and because it is not a mobile account it does not exist in dscl that I can see. Anyone have an idea of what file/config stores that info? Can I get there from terminal to wipe it out? Thanks in advance.
