AD + OD: now what?

Dear all, my small company is thinking about using some Macs in the near future to better manage off-site offices, etc and hopefully more Macs in the distant future. We have experimented binding a OD to AD successfully using the awesome paper found on this site. We were able to use Workgroup Manager to control the working environments of the users; however, we couldn't get the collaborative services to work (wiki, iChat, iCal, etc.) I was wondering if there's anywhere I could look for more information on making this stuff work.
