AD Bind

Hi, I am trying to bind 10.6.4 to AD. Binding seems successful. I can log an AD user i.e tstudent. Then if I log out and try logging in tstaff I get "You are unable to log in to the user account "tstaff" at this time Logging in to the account failed because an error occurred. If I restart the iMac I will then be able to log tstaff and won't be able to log tstudent. It appears that after the 1st logon I cannot log anyone else unless I restart the computer.
