3 small questions

Hello, We start using instaDMG, trying to transform our very large monolithic education image to an image made by pkgs, and it's take really a lot of time. We have a lot of small software, each with preferences... 1) I have a question about instaDMG, i have read that we can use pkg, or dmg or directly Applications to put in our repertory. Is it right ? What's the best practice . 2) We use createLionUser.pkg. Is it possible to use this pkg to create a user with parental control ? 3) Is it possible to create 4 users, by using 4 differents createLionUser.pkg and then to put something different on each profile (desktop, dock, ..)
