10.4.10 ODM won’t let users log in

This seems to happen at random and when it does all our 10.4 clients lose connections to the server, a restart usually fixes this problem but when it doesn't and no one can log in for 4 hours the wrong people start to take notice and now it's happening every few weeks. I'm running out of places to check for answers and there is no real time for a rebuild. When it happens people can still log into the server from a local account on a client by going through the GO menu(apple-K) but no one can log into their home folders from the login window. I have searched through the log files but I don't know them well enough to recognize something important when I see it, it doesn't help that I am new to the job(only a month in) so my knowledge of the servers history is limited. I don't know if the stuff from some of the log files I pasted below are of any use but if someone could point me to something more important I would love to know where that might be found.
