1 domain, 2 offices, 2 servers – routing mail between?

Hi All How to I route mail between 2 OSX 10.4.10 boxes? The mail server box in Workgroup Manager > user > mail, and the User Admin doc suggests that putting in an address in there will route email for that account to the correct location, but it doesn't work. Any ideas? TIA BP
