MacIT 2013 Concludes

MacIT concluded with a half day on Saturday.  Even though it was only a half day, there were plenty of sessions to attend.  Some standout sessions included an overview of Deployment Methods by Anthony Reimer which dovetailed nicely into the following session by Mike Boylan and Nick McSpadden where they outlined specific Deployment examples.  One of the last sessions of the day was Paul Suh on Profiles and Certificates, which was very informative regarding a topic that is typically very opaque.

The MacIT conference this year was really good.  The sessions were a happy medium as far as length is concerned.  Long enough to get some technical meat yet short enough to remain focused on the topic at hand without giving way to rambling or bunny trails.  If you are looking for a Mac conference to go to in 2014, MacIT should be on the top of your list.

  • Any idea when the session presentations and/or videos will be available?

  • I don’t believe they are posted publicly on the MacIT website. I know many of the presenters have posted the slides on their own blogs/websites though. If you are interested in a specific presentation, you could check the presenter’s site.
