Job Description

Technical Manufacturing Engineer – M&A Technology, Inc.

You will be the center point of our Apple services working with a wide array of technical resources. You will be part of an integral technical team supporting a broad spectrum of groups and levels, from Sales and Support, Service, Program Managers, Development teams and Executives. Your technical expertise, innovation, and problem solving will contribute to M&A Technology’s success providing customers with a wide variety of innovative, superior products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lion 10.7 and iOS5 operating system deployment
Internal and partner-facing technical training development and delivery
Onsite Mac OS and Active Directory integrations
Assets management
Quality assurance
Research and development

Qualifications:

This position requires broad technical expertise across Mac OS (Lion and iOS5) based products. The candidate needs to be familiar with imaging, deploying, servicing, and configuring Apple hardware. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

3+ years general Apple experience
1+ years Apple Consultant Network experience
Apple Certified System Administrator 10.6 (ACSA)
Apple Certified Technical Coordinator 10.7 (ACTC)
Casper Certified Systems Administrator (CCA)

Attributes and Competencies: Strong cross-group collaboration, verbal and written communication skills, passionate about technology and the Apple industry, results driven, intellectually sharp, self-managing, a quick learner, and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
